Requirements
- 4+ years of industry experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills
- Able to multitask and balance competing priorities in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solver who can identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements

- Comfortable working across different functional areas, from GTM and finance to culture and operations.
Responsibilities
- Project & Initiative Management: Keep things moving! Track milestones, tackle roadblocks, and bring teams together to make big things happen.
- Office & Vendor Operations: Oversee office logistics, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Sales & Customer Support: Assist with lead discovery, pipeline tracking, and customer engagement.
- Compliance & Insights Management: Support marketplace requirements and organize customer insights and feedback.
- Finance & Tax Support: Assist with financial reporting, vendor invoicing, reimbursements, and tax-related filings to ensure compliance.
- Event & Social Media Coordination: Collaborate closely with our EA to plan logistics for conferences/external events, as well as plan team-building activities, off-sites, etc and manage social media for company announcements.
