Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with a strong GPA or applicable equivalent experience (3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations)
  • Willingness to work during off shifts depending on business needs and requirements

Responsibilities

  • Complete three 1-year assignments in the areas of planning (demand, supply, etc.), continuous improvement/lean/industrial engineering, and production supervision
  • Engage in on-the-job training and compelling project work that directly contributes to site deliverables
  • Participate in online learning management courses designed to provide introductory to advanced training in core disciplines
  • Interact face-to-face with Senior Leaders during workshops and presentation meetings
  • Travel to additional sites and divisions for increased exposure and understanding of processes and procedures
