Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above with a strong GPA or applicable equivalent experience (3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations)
- Willingness to work during off shifts depending on business needs and requirements

Responsibilities
- Complete three 1-year assignments in the areas of planning (demand, supply, etc.), continuous improvement/lean/industrial engineering, and production supervision
- Engage in on-the-job training and compelling project work that directly contributes to site deliverables
- Participate in online learning management courses designed to provide introductory to advanced training in core disciplines
- Interact face-to-face with Senior Leaders during workshops and presentation meetings
- Travel to additional sites and divisions for increased exposure and understanding of processes and procedures
