THE ROLE:

We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Operations Manager to join our team in the Chatsworth office. Reporting to the Regional Director, this hybrid role focuses on managing operations that directly impact the quality of services provided to consumers. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and coach the Operations team to achieve organizational goals and deliver quality service.
  • Oversee daily business operations, including staffing, compliance, billing, and payroll processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources while identifying opportunities for service expansion.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to enhance team and program performance.
  • Collaborate with the Community Partnerships team on outreach and sales initiatives.

This is a hybrid position, in office 1x per week. 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of management experience; nonprofit, healthcare, or human services background preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on motivating and developing teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, set goals, and implement effective strategies.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable with local travel and available to support emergencies outside normal business hours.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Adaptable to changing work volumes and able to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to foster a positive and safe work culture aligned with company values.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
