Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with OPSEC planning at the service or joint level in support of operations at Combatant Commands or Joint Task Forces
- 5+ years of experience integrating OPSEC into contingency and operations plans and ensuring that OPSEC capabilities are considered in the deliberate and crisis action planning processes
- 3+ years of experience providing expert mission analysis
- Experience reviewing, analyzing, and operationalizing tactical and operational-level OPSEC directives into joint, Air and Space force operations
- Knowledge of joint, Air Force and Space Force functions and their relationships to CCMD and JTFs to coordinate OPSEC actions within appropriate channels
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients
- Create rich content using Adobe, Microsoft Office, and other software applications
- Listen to client challenges and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored
- Provide a space for recommendations that will make lasting, real-world impact
- Work cross-functionally with wargame analysts, operations researchers, and senior leaders
- Collaborate with trainers and coaches through custom ‘Train the Trainer’ programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with all aspects of the OPSEC cycle as defined in National Security Presidential Memorandum (NSPM) 28 and The National OPSEC Program
- Experience managing an OPSEC program and capability
- Experience in developing and accessing tactical and operational level OPSEC plans and orders
- Knowledge in joint operational planning process, military decision-making process, military campaign plan planning, targeting processes
- Ability to evaluate a military organization’s application of the OPSEC cycle and determine how to improve efficient and effective OPSEC
- Possession of analytical, problem-solving, and assessment skills
- Graduate of the Air Force OPSEC Course (AFOC) or other service-level or joint-level equivalent
- Graduate of the Defense OPSEC Planner Course (DOPC)
