• Willingness to take ownership of projects and processes
• Ability to plan ahead and troubleshoot difficult corporate actions processes

Responsibilities

• Setup and process complex voluntary Corporate Actions.
• Setup and process optional dividends
• Assist the field with understanding more complicated offers
• Provide a point of escalation for associates
• Take point on advanced projects, and create procedures for new processes
• Break down complicated offers and explain the details to the team
• Work closely with our Capital Markets liaisons to provide details for sophisticated corporate actions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of optional dividends
