Requirements

• 3+ years of subject matter experience, including exhibiting leadership capabilities.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience managing, leading, and developing staff.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent and effective business communication skills both verbal and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and directing operations.
• Maintain high morale and work standards.
• Train and manage your team.
• Manage expenses according to budget.
• Manage employee retention.
• Minimize overtime hours.
• Maintain exceptional housekeeping and equipment standards.
• Assist with planning, organizing, and directing warehouse activities to ensure successful night shift operations.
• Assess and move labor as needed throughout the day.
• Assist with maintaining a positive morale, work standards, and developing teams.
• Assist with training and managing employee performance.
• Assist with reducing employee turnover / Assist with reducing overtime working hours.
• Complete end of shift systemic requirements.
• Clear communication to all relevant partners when daily expectations are not met.
• Direct all Bulk team members on assignments in order of picking priorities.
• Monitor and supervise Replenishment drivers and tasks.
• Secure the building on Friday evening, including setting the alarm system.
• Monthly Safety observations.
• Maintain a clean & safe work environment.
• Daily review of teams LMS productivity, including posting results & coaching as needed.
• Communication with others both internally/externally via e-mail & phone.
• Setting clear expectations with the team and holding them accountable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred.
• Warehouse management systems experience preferred; experience in RF environment is a plus; experience with labor management system is a plus and PowerBi.
• Experience leading large teams.
• Ability to effectively interpret and analyze data to drive productivity.
