Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven leadership experience in home lending or real estate industry
- Strong understanding of title and closing processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Closers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
- Oversee the review and processing of title and closing documents for accuracy and compliance
- Monitor the team’s pipeline, identifying pain points or opportunities for improvement
- Foster strong relationships with internal partners and external vendors for smooth collaboration
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance closing efficiency
- Ensure the team maintains clear notes and ETAs, demonstrating urgency in managing short closings
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance
- Address escalated issues or challenges, resolving them promptly and effectively
