Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement)
- 2-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Experience with inventory management systems, warehouse management software and transportation logistics is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Oversee the department’s daily operations and ensure quality products that meet or exceed established standards and customer expectations
- Manage and lead a team, ensuring quality control, enforcing company policies, improving operational performance and compliance with safety, regulatory, quality standards
- Lead Lean Daily Management for Warehouse and Transfill, conduct daily huddles with the entire team
- Monitor and control Warehouse and Transfill costs, optimizing resource utilization
- Responsible for timely procurement of goods and tracking inventory movement
- Proactively manage demand plan and urgent requests
- Supervise and support the operational team(s), ensuring the health and safety of all
- Ensure products and services meet the company’s quality standards, customer expectations, and compliance regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Experience with inventory management systems, warehouse management software and transportation logistics is beneficial
- Strong Leadership: Passion for health and well-being is deeply found in the desire to help others and be a positive and inspiring role model
- Proficiency in software skills (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite, computer programs/applications, developing and interpreting spreadsheets, and inventory software)
