Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in organizational change management, communications, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented capabilities
- Ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation
- Proficiency in managing communication channels and content
- Familiarity with Salesforce-based applications is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating comprehensive documentation, user guides, FAQs, and other materials to support the new application
- Manage communication channels, ensuring that all content is accurate, user-friendly, and readily available to stakeholders
- Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary information for documentation and communication materials
- Ensure clear and effective communication with users regarding changes and updates related to the new application
- Gather and analyze feedback from users to continuously improve communication materials and support processes
- Work closely with the OCM Lead, Communications Lead, and other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in all communication efforts
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs and workshops to prepare users for the new application
- Provide general support to the OCM team in executing change management activities and tracking progress
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the education sector or government projects
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus
