Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to global talent management programs, HR leadership, and HR project teams, ensuring the seamless coordination of activities and communication
- Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal teams, ensuring that relevant information is communicated effectively and that stakeholder needs are promptly addressed
- Assist with the development of HR-related communications and presentations of various HR projects, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact
- Coordinate and support HR events, workshops, and programs, ensuring smooth operations and effective execution
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes for HR-related initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and enhanced employee experience
