Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with I/O psychology, strategic human capital, or adult learning
  • Experience leading and facilitating groups, presenting briefings, and working with senior leadership teams
  • Experience with data analysis, including using both raw and aggregate data, and visualization using Microsoft Excel or Tableau
  • Experience conducting customer surveys, including design, development, data analysis, reporting, and action planning
  • Experience providing strategic level thinking, rationale, and research in support of senior government leadership
  • Knowledge of competency modeling, job task analysis, training needs assessments, and human capital study methods
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to craft strategic communication for various levels of government leadership, ensuring impact and expected outcomes are achieved
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them
  • Work with industrial or organizational (I/O) psychologists, strategic consultants, data scientists, and human capital professionals to use data-driven solutions to address human factors affecting an organization’s ability to reach its strategic objectives
  • Provide survey expertise across all stages of the survey lifecycle, including design, administration, data analysis, reporting, and action planning
  • Apply understanding of human capital processes and programs in designing, developing, and implementing human capital programs supporting an organization’s strategic direction
  • Manage data sets and perform statistical analyses, including descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression
  • Focus on program evaluation, measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of human capital programs that support recruitment, retention, career development, workforce strategy, performance management, awards, or promotion

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with survey development, data analysis, and human capital projects
  • Experience in consulting with DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) clients
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, including analyzing problems, conducting research, synthesizing disparate data sources, and evaluating options for action
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including justifying and defending actions and recommendations, and negotiating with and influencing others
  • Master’s degree in I/O Psychology or Human Resources
