Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with I/O psychology, strategic human capital, or adult learning
- Experience leading and facilitating groups, presenting briefings, and working with senior leadership teams
- Experience with data analysis, including using both raw and aggregate data, and visualization using Microsoft Excel or Tableau
- Experience conducting customer surveys, including design, development, data analysis, reporting, and action planning
- Experience providing strategic level thinking, rationale, and research in support of senior government leadership
- Knowledge of competency modeling, job task analysis, training needs assessments, and human capital study methods
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to craft strategic communication for various levels of government leadership, ensuring impact and expected outcomes are achieved
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them
- Work with industrial or organizational (I/O) psychologists, strategic consultants, data scientists, and human capital professionals to use data-driven solutions to address human factors affecting an organization’s ability to reach its strategic objectives
- Provide survey expertise across all stages of the survey lifecycle, including design, administration, data analysis, reporting, and action planning
- Apply understanding of human capital processes and programs in designing, developing, and implementing human capital programs supporting an organization’s strategic direction
- Manage data sets and perform statistical analyses, including descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression
- Focus on program evaluation, measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of human capital programs that support recruitment, retention, career development, workforce strategy, performance management, awards, or promotion
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with survey development, data analysis, and human capital projects
- Experience in consulting with DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) clients
- Experience working in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of change management methodologies
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail
- Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, including analyzing problems, conducting research, synthesizing disparate data sources, and evaluating options for action
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including justifying and defending actions and recommendations, and negotiating with and influencing others
- Master’s degree in I/O Psychology or Human Resources
