Requirements

Responsibilities
- chairside assistance in placement of brackets, bands, archwires, auxiliary components to archwires, and appliances for bite correction
- delivering clear aligner trays
- educating the patient on all aspects of orthodontic treatment
- cleaning, sterilizing instruments and operatories
- exposing digital dental radiographs and ITERO scanning
- taking intraoral impressions and completing all lab work as necessary
- completing training and maintaining the fabrication, trimming, and sterilization of clear aligner trays
- chairside assisting with Sleep Apnea patients and completing all related tasks
- charting into the electronic health record including medical history and medication list
- all other tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 years’ experience in an orthodontic practice setting
- sleep apnea knowledge/assisting experience
- data entry and maintenance of electronic health records
- digital scanning experience
- clear aligner tray fabrication knowledge and experience
