Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to meet client contract requirements.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in implementing public health solutions, including utilizing the Salesforce sharing data model to handle PII data, and integrating legacy health systems with Salesforce using MuleSoft.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in utilizing Salesforce configuration, Salesforce flows, Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Integration, Salesforce REST API Integration, and Copado to deliver client contract requirements.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in reporting status to project leadership and client stakeholders, coordinating with client teams, and managing onshore and offshore teams.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in leading large-scale implementations of Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Health cloud solutions and managing a team to analyze user or system requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation of enhancements.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, As-Is and To-Be business process designs, functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
  • Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
  • Implement technologies based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain applications according to SLAs.
  • Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
  • Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors, and create solutions for implementation by the team.
  • Supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
  • Conduct project and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
  • Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.
