Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (completed and verified prior to start)
- Eight (8) years in B2B Sales and marketing roles in a private, public, government or military environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver financial expectations for SD 100034 (Sales Growth, Margin, etc.) and PC 2650 Packaging to Operating Plan
- Build, grow and manage a world class channel sales and marketing team.
- Develop and implement the channel strategy for packaging products in the US and Canada.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, including distributors and resellers
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute channel marketing programs and promotions to drive demand and increase market share.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they have the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell our products.
- Monitor channel performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise within the channel.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred.
- Five (5) years of experience in channel management, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
