Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a paid search role.
  • Direct campaign management experience required.
  • A history of managing highly-performant paid search programs.
  • 4-year college degree, preferably in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Highly organized and analytical professional who makes data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with a variety of different departments and the ability to build business relationships
  • Experience with various marketing tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Shopify, SA360)
  • Strong time management skills; able to multitask and prioritize according to business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and closely monitor our paid search programs on Google and Bing.
  • Closely analyze paid search metrics, regularly making optimizations and recommendations for improvement.
  • Allocating and optimizing media budgets to meet performance goals.
  • Develop paid search strategies that align with our overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Work closely with analytics and business operations, our agencies, and intelligence partners to strengthen and grow a world-class paid search marketing program across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze ad copy for optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with the SEO team to design and implement strategies for better reporting and SERP coverage.
  • Work with Paid Search and CRO teams to design landing page testing plans and strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recent in-house PPC experience
  • Experience managing Shopify ads accounts
  • Experience automating tasks in Google and Microsoft ads platforms using scripts.
  • Experience automating tasks in Google and Microsoft ads platforms using rules.
  • Experience with Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads Editor.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS industries.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot.
