Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a paid search role.
- Direct campaign management experience required.
- A history of managing highly-performant paid search programs.
- 4-year college degree, preferably in marketing, business, or related field.
- Highly organized and analytical professional who makes data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with a variety of different departments and the ability to build business relationships
- Experience with various marketing tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Shopify, SA360)
- Strong time management skills; able to multitask and prioritize according to business needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and closely monitor our paid search programs on Google and Bing.
- Closely analyze paid search metrics, regularly making optimizations and recommendations for improvement.
- Allocating and optimizing media budgets to meet performance goals.
- Develop paid search strategies that align with our overall marketing and business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Work closely with analytics and business operations, our agencies, and intelligence partners to strengthen and grow a world-class paid search marketing program across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization.
- Conduct keyword research and analyze ad copy for optimization opportunities.
- Partner with the SEO team to design and implement strategies for better reporting and SERP coverage.
- Work with Paid Search and CRO teams to design landing page testing plans and strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent in-house PPC experience
- Experience managing Shopify ads accounts
- Experience automating tasks in Google and Microsoft ads platforms using scripts.
- Experience automating tasks in Google and Microsoft ads platforms using rules.
- Experience with Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads Editor.
- Experience in B2B SaaS industries.
- Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot.
