Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
- More than 5 experience and had worked in Continuous Improvement roles and/or Project Management
- Proficient with CI tools
- Ability to lead discussions and communicate to a broad audience
- Utilization of analytics for CI
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with other CI agents within business units for self-sustainment and the development of standards within the CORE Operating System
- Work with business unit/value stream owners on enterprise-wide initiatives using CI best practices and leading industry process improvement tools (SIPOC, Impact/Maturity analysis, MFA, QCPC, 3P, VSM, RCA etc.)
- Participate and ensure the sustainability of the CI council and network with other CI agents/leaders
- Coach / train individuals in key roles to develop CI mindset
- Support Business Unit’s assessments of CI progression (CORE assessments)
- Be an advocate to enhance the overall CI program to benchmark levels through innovation, culture transformation, training, and communication
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Continuous improvement diploma/certification is a plus
- Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience in continuous improvement in both the manufacturing and business environment
