Requirements

  • You hold a university degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering or equivalent
  • You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in program or project management
  • You hold a PMP certification (an asset)
  • You know Planisware tool planning (an asset)
  • You demonstrate a high level of leadership and influence
  • You have good analytical, planning and problem solving skills
  • You are open minded, have good interpersonal skills and you demonstrate great ability to work as a team player
  • You have a sense of organization, time management and you demonstrate autonomy
  • You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English
  • You have advanced skills with the MS Office suite, including MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, with the Google suite and other planning management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Be the strategic partner of the Project Leader in his Time, Cost, Quality and Performance accountability
  • Ensure consistent top level decision making in line with operational needs and escalate issues when required
  • Develop, harmonize and maintain integrated end-to-end schedules and ensure quality by promoting rules and guidelines and having KPIs in place
  • Ensure the quality of plans through the implementation of performance indicators and monitoring of rules
  • Integrate people change management (training strategy, communication plan & execution)
  • Manage and control project scope during the project life cycle
  • Conduct enhanced project management activities related to the Airbus system including project maturity reviews
  • Manage risk & opportunity activities (identification, categorization, mitigation)
  • Integrate and analyze cost, schedule, quality and performance data to create transparency on project progress
  • Leverage specific Project Management tools & methodologies to ensure flawless execution
  • Set up and manage governance for multi-disciplinary teams, internal as well as external to Airbus, including Engineering, Industrial, Quality, Procurement, Suppliers, etc
  • Create team-synergy across the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.
