Requirements
- You hold a university degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering or equivalent
- You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in program or project management
- You hold a PMP certification (an asset)
- You know Planisware tool planning (an asset)
- You demonstrate a high level of leadership and influence
- You have good analytical, planning and problem solving skills
- You are open minded, have good interpersonal skills and you demonstrate great ability to work as a team player
- You have a sense of organization, time management and you demonstrate autonomy
- You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English
- You have advanced skills with the MS Office suite, including MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, with the Google suite and other planning management tools.
Responsibilities
- Be the strategic partner of the Project Leader in his Time, Cost, Quality and Performance accountability
- Ensure consistent top level decision making in line with operational needs and escalate issues when required
- Develop, harmonize and maintain integrated end-to-end schedules and ensure quality by promoting rules and guidelines and having KPIs in place
- Ensure the quality of plans through the implementation of performance indicators and monitoring of rules
- Integrate people change management (training strategy, communication plan & execution)
- Manage and control project scope during the project life cycle
- Conduct enhanced project management activities related to the Airbus system including project maturity reviews
- Manage risk & opportunity activities (identification, categorization, mitigation)
- Integrate and analyze cost, schedule, quality and performance data to create transparency on project progress
- Leverage specific Project Management tools & methodologies to ensure flawless execution
- Set up and manage governance for multi-disciplinary teams, internal as well as external to Airbus, including Engineering, Industrial, Quality, Procurement, Suppliers, etc
- Create team-synergy across the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- You have ideally experience and interest in the aerospace industry
