Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ year of channel management experience
- Proven experience in partner management, business development, or sales roles within the EV charging or related industries
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle charging solutions, technology, and market dynamics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence effectively, both internally and externally
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential reseller partners who align with our business goals and values
- Collaborate with reseller partners to facilitate a smooth onboarding process
- Foster strong and lasting relationships with reseller partners by acting as the primary point of contact
- Empower reseller partners to effectively sell our EV charging solutions
- Set clear performance objectives and sales targets for reseller partners
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support
