Requirements
- Adept at influencing and relationship building
- Partnerships, sales, or account management experience
- Experience working on accounts in the SMB/MM/Enterprise customer segment
- Excitement about learning a new product offering
- Comfortable presenting product led discussions and demo’ing the Klaviyo product to your partner network
- Thoughtful, engaging, and energetic
- Obsessed with understanding your customer or partner
- Comfortable operating independently
- Comfortable presenting in large groups & showcasing yourself as a thought leader in our industry
- Proactively solicit and act on feedback from your customers, partners, and peers
- Excited to be a part of and have an impact on a rapidly-growing, profitable startup
- Positive outlook and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3-4 years of SaaS account management, channel and/or sales experience
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with Klaviyo partners
- Articulate the value of Klaviyo and differentiate it from other solutions
- Manage business development opportunities (and co-selling) to/from partners
- Drive co-marketing alongside the ecosystem marketing team
- Act as a thought leader in the space
- Coach partners on how to grow their business with Klaviyo
- Develop technical knowledge of the Klaviyo product
- Build and manage a lead referral pipeline with partner portfolio
- Understand a partner’s organization structure and business goals
- Develop a long-term strategy with partners to help them meet their business goals
- Act as a consultant to help partners build or optimize their offerings around Klaviyo
- Become a product expert on Klaviyo and present how Klaviyo services and software can help partners improve their business
- Bring creative thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance Klaviyo’s values and culture
- Own projects and collaborate with a highly driven team to create new partner enablement and process
- Travel up to 25% to meet and develop relationships with agency partners/events
