Requirements
- Bachelor’s or MSc degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Partnerships, Sales, or Account Management roles, in a competitive, data-driven environment.
- Sales mindset, always looking for the next business opportunity.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and an interest in technology.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, KPI driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident communicator, native in English.
Responsibilities
- Drive engagement, enablement, pipeline, and revenue for one of Aircall’s key markets.
- Actively manage a portion of the partnership portfolio, contributing directly to partnership targets and success.
- Build and cultivate lasting, meaningful relationships with our partners’ teams to increase awareness of the Aircall value proposition.
- Effectively communicate our vision, value proposition and technological aspects of the product to our partners.
- Conduct presentations and demos to support partner enablement and to drive lead generation and partner retention.
- Work in tandem with our internal sales and CSM teams to leverage synergies, drive sales and ensure a unified approach to our partners.
- Track the operational side of the business by capturing opportunities in Salesforce and managing the sales process together with the wider Aircall sales team.
- Grow an existing portfolio of partners as well as source, onboard, and activate new partners.
- Run extensive and continuous discovery conversations, develop success strategies and mutual action plans, track and ensure partner performance, and schedule and manage regular check-ins, QBR’s, and other related meetings.
- Some travel will be expected to attend expos, conferences, and in-person partner visits.
