Requirements
- Experience in Big Data, AI, or Data Science
- Tech bar: understand Databricks at a high level (AE)
- Ability to be strategic while executing tactically
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Success, training, or managing a book of business (Partner OKRs, P&L, etc.)
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes (partner enablement OKRs – Learners/credentials)
- Ability to translate partner business outcomes to learning plans and enablement recommendations
- Strong program management, stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the enablement activities for Databricks Americas partners
- Develop and maintain programs that support Partner Account Managers in implementing effective enablement strategies for our high-priority managed partner accounts
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to set and meet annual learning targets for managed and unmanaged partners in your region
- Create a strategy to help our partners meet the capacity and capability requirements needed for your region
- Track weekly, quarterly, and year-to-date metrics on partners trained, certifications earned, and service assessments, and report out to cross-functional executive leadership on a regular cadence
- Work with Enablement leadership to make suggestions to the curriculum roadmap on high priority content required to support the Databricks Partner ecosystem
