Supports the execution of strategic partner plans by leading outreach, fostering trust, and proactively strengthening relationships across all stakeholder groups.
Serves as the primary liaison for partner communication and relationship management.
Leads meetings, presentations, and outreach events across all partner categories.
Develops and delivers newsletters, e-publications, and messaging tailored to stakeholder needs.
Formulates high-quality written and visual content for external audiences.
Works with the communications team to support social media, press releases, and video content as needed in relation to partner groups.
Tracks and analyzes engagement data to evaluate communication effectiveness.
Supports partner storytelling and showcases collaborative success.
Navigates sensitive or complex relationship issues with diplomacy.
Builds trust and strategic alignment with key external stakeholders.
Collaborates with the Senior Partnerships Manager and Communications team.

A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a specific field
3 years of experience in government affairs, outreach, news media, lobbying, legislative liaison roles, or a closely related field
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
