Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in field and/or partner marketing with a proven track record
  • Collaborative decision making skills and results oriented skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Broad strategic marketing skill set that enables you to understand, add value to, and develop creative marketing strategies
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required

Responsibilities

  • Working with partner teams to design and implement effective joint marketing plans and campaigns for a focused set of strategic partners to promote lead generation and drive pipeline
  • Managing all aspects of the marketing lifecycle, including marketing plan development, budget management, contract negotiation, pre-activity promotion, digital/webinar/tradeshow/event strategy and execution, and close post-activity coordination with the Business Development team to achieve partner pipeline goals
  • Fostering positive and productive relationships with stakeholders across matrixed organizations to secure buy-in, gather feedback, and manage expectations to drive toward identified outcomes and goals
  • Engaging the partner ecosystem with effective communications, social media, community resources, partner-facing webinars and events
  • Evaluating marketing performance and recommending improvements.
