Requirements

  • 10+ years in partner marketing, alliance marketing, or channel marketing within a B2B tech (ideally SaaS) environment
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful co-marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success working across teams
  • Proficient with marketing and sales tech stacks
  • Comfortable with data and metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a global partner marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with partners to design and run co-branded campaigns
  • Develop compelling partner-facing materials
  • Work hand-in-hand with Carbyne’s Sales, Customer Success, and Channel/Alliances teams
  • Team up with Product Marketing to maintain consistent messaging
  • Plan Carbyne’s presence in partner-related events and industry conferences
  • Use data-driven insights to measure and optimize partner marketing efforts
  • Stay informed on partners’ product updates, industry trends, and market developments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in public safety, government technology, or related industries is a plus
  • Experience managing partner relationships or partner agencies is beneficial
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase)
  • Experience with data enrichment platforms (ZoomInfo) for building outreach lists
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMC, alliance management courses) are a bonus
