Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant client facing work experience, including consulting, consultative customer success, or success at a high growth company
- Quantitatively-inclined and data savvy; able to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and handle complex, politically sensitive situations
- Eager to take on formal and informal leadership roles
- Reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
Responsibilities
- Own the success of advanced transportation systems in partner cities, acting as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to partners, helping to convert their ideas and community needs into revenue opportunities for Via
- Contribute to strategic decision-making, rigorous project planning, and entrepreneurial approaches to ensure success of Via solutions
- Deliver insightful analysis from large quantities of data to help executives decipher mobility, demographic, and sustainability trends
- Negotiate multi-year and highly complex partnership agreements between Via and public agencies
