Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in a management consulting, business operations, or strategy role for a B2B financial services or fintech organization
- Thorough understanding of the financial services industry landscape and emerging industry trends
- Track record of obtaining buy-in from senior stakeholders regarding and launching successful go-to-market partnerships
- Superb communication skills

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships to generate qualified pipeline and help persuade advisors to adopt Altruist
- Design, implement, and continuously improve on process to capture, qualify, and engage with ecosystem qualified leads
- Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product, Marketing) to set priorities and ensure follow through on key decisions
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates to inform internal and external stakeholders on KPIs, priorities, highlights, challenges, and adjustments
- Attend industry and partner events and represent Altruist
- Lead special projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
