Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant theater industry experience or background in Partnerships (theater administration, arts management, sales, partnerships or marketing)
- Enthusiastic interest in NY theater landscape, including both non-profits and commercial
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally, including comfort with public speaking and sales pitching
- Experience with sales reporting tools and Google Drive
- Skills in effective multitasking, with the ability to think both big-picture and granularly about how to achieve success
- A willingness to “roll up their sleeves” to directly support execution of important projects
Responsibilities
- Own and manage relationships with Commercial Off-Broadway, immersive, and live event partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, performance tracking, and ongoing support
- Pitch TTG’s partnership offerings —including media, incentives, and access programs— to increase sales and visibility for shows
- Support Senior Directors on Broadway accounts, trafficking details of pricing, promotions, and reporting to relevant departments
- Work closely with Marketing and Campaign Strategy teams to prioritize partner promotions and develop multi-show campaigns
- Partner with the Supply Operations team on show setup, inventory management, invoicing, and pricing strategies
- Interpret sales data and partner insights to drive performance and shape recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in client servicing or partner success is preferred
