Patient Access Representative

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to multi-task
• Prior experience with a variety of software and navigating multiple systems
• Must be up to date on all vaccines (including but not limited to COVID-19 and annual flu shot)
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule patient visits and procedures
• Collect patient information and enter it into multiple computer systems
• Make phone calls to medical centers to solve issues
• Answer questions from patients as well as physicians and their staff
• Interact with doctors, nurses, and other hospital employees about patient updates and their status

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous healthcare experience would be helpful but not required
