Requirements

Responsibilities
- Build tailored, data-driven business cases and engage executive sponsors to align payroll solutions with customer goals and challenges.
- Guide customers through decision-making stages, securing their commitment and overcoming objections through preparation and proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to support deal progression and ensure seamless execution of customer solutions.
- Master payroll service offerings, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and leverage insights to defend against competitors and drive market share.
- Lead strategic negotiations, manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding to business reviews, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value.
- Qualify leads, build rapport with decision-makers, and tailor sales approaches to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders.

- Experience prospecting and generating leads is a plus.
