Requirements
- HR experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Payroll experience (Workday preferred)
- Recruiting and onboarding experience
- Desire to provide candidates with a good experience through our orientation processes
Responsibilities
- Onboarding coordination with recruiter, interviews, background review, drug screen and TB testing, Orientation
- HRIS auditing (Workday) including I9 and background compliance, complete employee files, proper classification of PT and FT employees
- Document/file management and maintenance
- Compliance
- Offboarding
- Work with LOA, ADA and Worker’s Compensation teams
- Payroll and bonus entry
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday for payroll preferred
