Requirements

Responsibilities
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data.
- Prepares and processes payroll via vendor software.
- Responsible for final review and coordination of any necessary research and/or contact with the payroll vendor.
- Review quarterly and annual reports filed by payroll provider; ensure accuracy & timeliness.
- Review and abide by company policies and procedures.
- Resolve payroll errors.
- Ensure payroll is submitted by established deadline.
- Partner with Finance and Compliance to ensure an accurate & smooth transition of payroll data.
- Assist with preparation of payroll information for annual 403b audit.
- Assist with preparation of payroll information for annual Worker’s Compensation audits.
- Process full-cycle Wage Garnishments.
- Provides payroll information to employees and supervisors by answering questions & requests.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
