Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
- 2+ years of experience as a Pega Developer minimum
- Active Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) certification required; A CSSA would be a plus
- Proven experience delivering solutions in the government or public sector (federal/state/local)
- Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management, Data Pages, Flows, Declaratives, and Rulesets
- Solid understanding of integration protocols (SOAP, REST, MQ, etc.)
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Build and implement Pega solutions following best practices and client-specific requirements.
- Lead and support Pega user interface builds, case lifecycle management, including workflows, SLA, routing, and escalation models.
- Develop robust and efficient integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, Kafka, or other connectors.
- Implement comprehensive reporting and data visualization within Pega using Report Definitions and BIX.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer engagement teams to drive personalized outreach using Pega Marketing.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and conduct root cause analysis in live environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Pega CDH, Decisioning, and Marketing Campaigns
- Knowledge of customer journey orchestration and predictive analytics within Pega
- Exposure to cloud environments such as Pega Cloud, AWS GovCloud, or Azure Government
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards relevant to federal clients (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP)
