Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in onboarding, event coordination, talent management, or a related area.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams and engage with new hires.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS, HRIS or onboarding management software.
- Experience with analyzing data and reporting (e.g., survey results) to inform decision-making and process improvements.
- Ability to proactively identify issues and implement solutions to improve the onboarding experience and front desk operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and open to change, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed.
- Meticulous in executing tasks and maintaining accurate records and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support the enhancement of the global onboarding experience for new hires.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging in-person and asynchronous onboarding sessions and materials.
- Facilitate a warm welcome for new hires during onboarding by creating a supportive and engaging environment, ensuring they are set up for success starting on day one!
- Continuously improve and enhance the onboarding program by regularly soliciting feedback from new hires, analyzing onboarding metrics, and implementing best practices to create a comprehensive and effective onboarding experience.
- Serve as the primary monitor for [email protected] inquiries, manage package receiving and act as the front door attendant for visitors.
- Oversee operations on the Spaceti platform for the NYC headquarters.
- Administer the NY HQ Slack channel (#34th-st-office) to facilitate effective communication.
- Support with the planning, coordination, and facilitation of in-office events.
- Provide assistance to Executive Assistants (EAs) during on-site events and initiatives.
