Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building culture, community, and belonging (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) or similar functions, demonstrating a strong understanding of employee community building principles and best practices.
- 2+ years of experience in state and federal affirmative action compliance or related HR role
- Strong knowledge of affirmative action regulations, EEO laws, and best practices
- A proven ability to connect with stakeholders and proactively engage them, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy in all people experience initiatives and programs.
- Strong prioritization skills, enabling you to meet deadlines and follow through on tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to convey messages clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Employee Impact Groups (EIGs), commonly known as Employee Resource Groups
- Collaborate with EIG leaders to develop and execute the EIG program strategy, including planning events, managing budgets and expenses, and ensuring successful implementation
- Partner with People Experience teammates to build culture-enhancing programs and drive business results
- Review existing policies and programs and recommend improvements to increase equity and inclusion
- Partner with legal and compliance to develop and implement our strategy and obligations for state and federal equal employment opportunity and affirmative action requirements as a state and federal contractor
- Partner with and support our Learning and Development team in collaboration with our initiatives to build culture and community
- Monitor the progress and impact of people experience programs and evolve strategy to foster togetherness and community
- Partner with legal and compliance experts to ensure ongoing compliance with local and federal laws
Preferred Qualifications
- Human Resources experience preferred but not required
