Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks like maintaining HR records, updating policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs
  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR processes, benefits, and company policies
  • Partner with leadership to support hiring efforts, including sourcing, screening applications, scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication
  • Identify and implement process improvements across operations and HR functions to help the company scale effectively
  • Collaborate across teams to support projects that contribute to Air’s culture, employee experience, and operational efficiency
