Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. degree and minimum 4+ years of relevant, progressive career experience
- Strong working knowledge of HR policies and laws
- Deep understanding of the tech startup industry
- Experience with a wide variety of systems and tools (HRIS systems, people management platforms, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Champion our core values, participate in the development and execution of the People Operations roadmap, and create ‘moments that matter’ throughout the employee journey
- Support People Operations functions in the US and EMEA, such as Pre-Hire, Onboarding, and Offboarding
- Provide assistance in payroll processing to ensure all employees’ accurate and timely payments
- Provide People Operations support across the business and serve as a point of contact for general benefit and people-related questions
- Own tools, systems, and infrastructure that support the People function, such as Pave and BambooHR
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvements in benefits, immigration, policies, compliance, and HR data management
- Provide analytics and insights about the workforce to enhance business operations
- Contribute to People and Culture projects that enhance the employee experience
