Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in an HR operations role in a global organization
  • Previous experience working with a PEO, Sequoia is a plus
  • Expert in US benefits
  • Knowledge of leave of absence administration processes and US state/federal legislation processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Experience with US Payroll a plus
  • Strong analytical and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, programs, etc.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure a smooth transition for joiners and leavers
  • Assist with the implementation and management of all HR policies and procedures across the organization
  • Collaborate across multiple teams including, Finance, HRBPs, IT, Legal, etc. to implement programs and initiatives that are inclusive and drive positive employee experience – this will also include partnering with the Experience team on events
  • Drive HR process improvement by gaining an understanding of current processes, evaluating their effectiveness, and making recommendations to improve efficiency and scalability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with a PEO, Sequoia is a plus
  • Experience with US Payroll a plus
