Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in an HR operations role in a global organization
- Previous experience working with a PEO, Sequoia is a plus
- Expert in US benefits
- Knowledge of leave of absence administration processes and US state/federal legislation processes
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time and multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Experience with US Payroll a plus
- Strong analytical and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, programs, etc.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure a smooth transition for joiners and leavers
- Assist with the implementation and management of all HR policies and procedures across the organization
- Collaborate across multiple teams including, Finance, HRBPs, IT, Legal, etc. to implement programs and initiatives that are inclusive and drive positive employee experience – this will also include partnering with the Experience team on events
- Drive HR process improvement by gaining an understanding of current processes, evaluating their effectiveness, and making recommendations to improve efficiency and scalability
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with a PEO, Sequoia is a plus
- Experience with US Payroll a plus
