People Operations Specialist

1-3+ years of experience in an HR operations role in a global organization
Previous experience working with a PEO, Sequoia is a plus
Expert in US benefits
Knowledge of leave of absence administration processes and US state/federal legislation processes
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time and multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with HRIS systems
Experience with US Payroll a plus
Strong analytical and collaboration skills

First point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, programs, etc.
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure a smooth transition for joiners and leavers
Assist with the implementation and management of all HR policies and procedures across the organization
Collaborate across multiple teams including, Finance, HRBPs, IT, Legal, etc. to implement programs and initiatives that are inclusive and drive positive employee experience – this will also include partnering with the Experience team on events
Drive HR process improvement by gaining an understanding of current processes, evaluating their effectiveness, and making recommendations to improve efficiency and scalability
