Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior business partner or HRBP leadership role.
  • Experience supporting global, high-growth SaaS or tech organizations.
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of influencing senior leadership.
  • Deep expertise in org design, coaching, performance management, and change leadership.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret people analytics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth.
  • Lead organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Coach and counsel leaders on team dynamics, leadership development, employee relations, and career development.
  • Analyze people metrics and trends to inform decisions and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Total Rewards, and People Operations) to deliver seamless employee experiences.
  • Drive initiatives related to performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Champion company culture and act as a role model for our core values.
  • Help scale HR practices and systems as we grow — balancing process with flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or HR certifications a plus.
