Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior business partner or HRBP leadership role.
- Experience supporting global, high-growth SaaS or tech organizations.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of influencing senior leadership.
- Deep expertise in org design, coaching, performance management, and change leadership.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret people analytics.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certifications a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth.
- Lead organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Coach and counsel leaders on team dynamics, leadership development, employee relations, and career development.
- Analyze people metrics and trends to inform decisions and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Total Rewards, and People Operations) to deliver seamless employee experiences.
- Drive initiatives related to performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Champion company culture and act as a role model for our core values.
- Help scale HR practices and systems as we grow — balancing process with flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications
