Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience
  • Expertise in partnering with leaders on performance coaching
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to build trust and credibility across the business
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels in the organization
  • Ability to influence business leaders and stakeholders and serve as trusted advisor
  • Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary HR partner for mid-level and junior leaders
  • Coach leaders and mid-level managers on delivering feedback and managing underperformance cases, ensuring a consistent and effective approach to performance improvement.
  • Partner with managers to draft and review performance documentation, including written warnings and performance plans.
  • Provide targeted coaching to employees facing performance challenges, helping them build the necessary skills to meet expectations.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to recommend or create resources for employees and managers.
  • Identify trends in underperformance and suggest proactive strategies to address common challenges
  • Own and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Partners closely with COE Partners (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Operations)
  • Partners closely with the People Business Partnering Team to support administrative and transactional activities
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to track open roles and update hiring managers on candidate progress.
