Requirements

  • You’ve had success in a people-focused role—whether that’s HR Business Partnering, People Ops, Talent Management, or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong grasp of core HR topics like employee relations, performance, organizational design, and compliance.
  • You’re confident using data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of HR technology systems (HRIS, ATS, L&D platforms, etc.), from selection through rollout and support.
  • Partner with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure system integrations support a seamless employee and manager experience.
  • Scope and drive HR projects end-to-end—whether building a compensation review process or refining onboarding experiences.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and communications across cross-functional teams.
  • Identify risks and remove roadblocks early, keeping momentum without sacrificing quality.
  • Reimagine and optimize core People processes (e.g., performance reviews, promotions, offboarding) to be more intuitive, inclusive, and data-informed.
  • Standardize what needs consistency, customize what requires nuance.
  • Keep documentation crystal-clear for others to understand and adopt.
  • Ensure data hygiene and accuracy across HR systems.
  • Design reporting dashboards to empower decision-making at every level—from executives to hiring managers.
  • Partner with People leadership to surface key metrics and insights.
  • Work alongside HRBPs, Talent, and Operations to embed equity, empathy, and resonance into our infrastructure.
  • Make sure our systems support a culture of belonging, not bureaucracy.
  • Represent the People team in cross-functional conversations with clarity and confidence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI-powered HR tools, flexible work design, or skills-based org models.
