Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Measurement solutions (majority in advertising technology or advertising measurement strongly preferred). Proven ability to lead and influence, with a track record of success in building and executing measurement product strategies. Sound business judgment and ability to think strategically, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and make difficult trade-off decisions.
- 1+ years of leadership experience in BI/data analytics/data science/insights
- 3+ years’ experience in designing business intelligence solutions (dashboard development) through use of data visualization software required (Tableau preferred) to uncover trends, realize insights, explore sources, and tell stories.
- 3+ years’ Experience in data management and working on hybrid infrastructure of Cloud and On-prem. GCP Preferred. Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in programming (e.g., SQL, Python), database environment (e.g., big-data platforms, SQL)
Responsibilities
- Function as Measurement expert and help build best-in-class omni-channel measurement products and platforms that deliver digital advertising campaign measurement at scale.
- Play a lead role in building dashboards that measure the effectiveness of ad-campaigns in driving customer awareness, product consideration and omni-channel conversion, ROAS, and incrementality.
- Work in unison with engineers, UX designers, data scientists and business partners to deliver a client-facing product.
- Encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization’s direction.
- Foster sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, Digital Ad Tech Stack, Retail Media Advertising and the underlying technologies.
- Deep understanding of ad measurement solutions, including MMMs, MTAs, and Brand Lift (and other upper funnel measurement)
- Strong interpersonal skills; as well as strong initiative and self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and manage teams within a customer-service oriented environment.
- Excellent Organizational skills: to handle several projects simultaneously, accommodate shifting priorities, and meet deadlines. Extreme comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate resources.
