Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, demand generation or related area with at least 1 year experience working in the B2B software industry.
  • Proficient at analyzing both raw and structured data via sources/tools like Excel, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, etc.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data, performance data, and setting up campaigns in various ad platforms.
  • Ability to use structured and unstructured data from reporting tools like Looker, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Marketo, & more to uncover insights and make recommendations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to develop high performing ad content and creative that aligns to the best practices within each channel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Intellectually curious mindset with a desire to seek out opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of paid marketing campaigns across various channels (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, etc.).
  • Set campaign objectives, target audience, and achieve budget targets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data from tools like Looker, Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
  • Stay on top of the ad spend and deliver a strong return on investment while adhering to allocated budgets.
  • Make data-driven decisions and recommendations to optimize campaigns, drive performance, and maximize the Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Align closely with marketing and sales stakeholders on performance marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities for growth, experimentation, and optimization.
  • Manage purchase orders and forward invoices from the ad platforms to the finance team accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external vendor agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices across all ad platforms and channels.
