Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the executive’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
  • Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems
  • Run personal errands and provide general personal assistance
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required
