Requirements

• 3+ years experience in banking or related field
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Ability to manage customer relationships and drive sales
• Proficient in effective communication and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions
• Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through differentiated customer experience
• Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Polish preferred
• Skills in accountability, client loyalty, and customer experience
• Experience in leveraging technology for sales
• Proactive sales skills
• Understanding customer needs
