Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, personal branding, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with an ability to craft engaging content.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the scheduling of the CEO’s Growth Diaries podcast recordings, interacting with senior leadership across brands.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to build the CEO’s brand on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Craft engaging content that balances professional insights with personal stories to present a well-rounded view of the CEO’s leadership style and values.
  • Actively interact with followers, foster community engagement, and maintain an ongoing dialogue with the audience through comments, messages, and live sessions.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to produce thought leadership pieces, including articles and blog posts, establishing authority in the industry.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and growth metrics. Adjust strategies based on performance insights and audience feedback.
