Requirements
- Level 2 Insurance License and working towards a CAIB designation, preferred.
- 2-5 years’ experience of Personal Insurance sales experience, preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with superior client service skills.
- Ability to successfully up sell and cross sell insurance products.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
- Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment.
- Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, efficient, and courteous service to all clients with respect to Auto Insurance, Auto Extension, Travel Health, and Personal Insurance products.
- Identify client needs and educate clients on available insurance solutions.
- Encourage the sale of company products and the benefits of bundling all their insurance requirements with HUB International.
Preferred Qualifications
- Level 2 Insurance License and working towards a CAIB designation, preferred.
- 2-5 years’ experience of Personal Insurance sales experience, preferred.
