Requirements
- Level 1 Insurance License is required.
- Minimum 1 year experience with selling Personal Insurance Products is preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with superior client service skills.
- Ability to successfully up sell and cross sell insurance products.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
- Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment.
- Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems.
Responsibilities
- Providing professional, accurate, efficient, and courteous advice to all clients with respect to Personal Insurance products.
- Identifying client needs and educating clients on other available insurance solutions.
- Encouraging the sale of company products and the benefits of bundling all their insurance requirements with HUB International.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience with selling Personal Insurance Products is preferred.
