Personal Systems Marketing Go-To-Market Strategy & Planning Team
We are a global team within HP’s Personal Systems Marketing organization, responsible for strategic investment planning and activating global marketing strategies within a 4P context. Our objective is to maximize the impact of marketing, empowering local marketing teams to deliver greater business value by providing strategic guidance and operational support.
We drive strategic alignment between category and marketing priorities and facilitate marketing planning within a 4P planning framework
We define global marketing investment plans, using a portfolio optimization approach
We set country targets, track progress, and optimize outcomes
We scale best practices and remove barriers to improve marketing execution
We enable data-driven performance improvement through closed-loop measurement
As the Marketing Go To Market lead for SMB, you’ll be the global expert for marketing activation in this segment.
You’ll work with HP’s worldwide and local marketing teams, data scientists, market-sizing- and customer-insights experts, our product- and sales organizations to contribute to 4P marketing plans that drive growth and enable HP to win share from competition.
Align goals and targets with focus countries, ensuring clear marketing priorities.
Help countries analyse their marketing performance, optimize their plans and execution.
Conduct Country QBWs using standardized templates (scorecards, activation overviews, high-/lowlights) to provide transparency into country-level executions, monitor performance and identify actions.
Facilitate best practice sharing, address roadblocks and advocate for country investment cases to optimize future outcomes
Foster and manage alignment with key stakeholders in Category to ensure strategic consistency and buy in.
Enhance marketing effectiveness by driving seamless global and local 4P collaboration, integrating marketing deeply into 4P execution plans.
Represent marketing in global 4P SMB initiatives like SmartBuy, GAIN, Lead to Win, Phoenix.
You’ll be the go-to-person for global teams to understand what’s happening in markets.
People you’ll work with are based around the globe – from San Diego over Huston, Barcelona, Geneva, Stuttgart, Bucharest and Singapore to Bejing. You’ll collaborate in virtual environments with occasional face-to-face meetings.

Communicating with ease in front of internal teams or senior leadership.
Education & Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Business & Management.
At least 8 years’ experience in commercial (b2b) marketing
Deep experience in running high-profile multi-channel commercial marketing campaigns based on a fundamental understanding of B2B customer decision journeys
Experience with analysing large data sets using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Google analytics and others to extract key insights that inform your growth strategies and tactics.
Experience in Growth Marketing and experimentation – conducting A/B testing, using tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, and others. Big plus if you have completed the Reforge Growth program.
The base pay range for this role is $136,000 to $198,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
