Requirements
- Experience working in a retail pharmacy and/or other order fulfillment business
- Attention to detail, accuracy and deadline oriented
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Visio, SharePoint
- Experience working with Kroll pharmacy software
- Database maintenance experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytic skills working with information/database systems, project management and organizational skills
- Experience analyzing workflow and processes to meet business objectives
- Ability to thrive in a challenging, demanding, and rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, monitor reports and data from pharmacy and related systems for quality assurance and continuous improvement projects
- Support inventory management through stock variance reporting and related analyses
- Troubleshoot current information systems, maintain data and perform routine data clean up in Kroll and other systems/ databases
- Conduct analyses and provide recommendations on Pharmacy and Member Contact Centre operations and performance
- Participate as a Subject Matter Expert, Analyst, and in other capacities to IT, process improvement and other interdepartmental projects
- Perform special duties and projects as assigned by the Manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a pharmacy
- Capability learning multiple computer systems, performing analytics and troubleshooting operations/processes using systems and data
