Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or
- Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Postgraduate year one residency for postgraduate year two program
- Licensed Pharmacist – MN Board of Pharmacy required within 60 Days
- It is strongly recommended that residents obtain pharmacist licensure in Minnesota by July 1st. It is an expectation that residents obtain pharmacist licensure in Minnesota by August 1st.
Responsibilities
- Reviews medications.
- Dispenses medications.
- Provides counseling and consultation.
- Provides medication education.
- Provides direction and training.
- Other duties as assigned.
